Efficiently manage your entire team's Waggle AI access with our organization-level management features, including centralized billing, permission controls, and seamless user administration.

How to Get Started

  1. For Organizations: Contact us to set up your organization-wide enterprise account

  2. For Existing Users: Reach out to learn about transitioning to team management

  3. After Setup: Your designated owners/administrators can begin:

    • Managing licenses

    • Adding team members/seats

    • Assigning permissions.

Enterprise Seats

  • Full organization-level management

  • Centralized billing

  • Flexible seat allocation

  • Complete admin controls

  • Team-level management

  • Perfect for smaller teams.


How Team Management Works

With Waggle AI's team management, you can:

  • Manage your whole organization and/or team under one account

  • Set different permission levels

  • Control access across your organization and team.


Organization Roles Explained

Organization Owners can:

  • Handle billing and payments

  • Control the number of available seats/licenses

  • Assign admin roles

  • Manage organization-wide settings.

Organization Admins can:

  • Add or remove team members

  • Assign available seats to users

  • Set up user permissions

  • Manage day-to-day access


Setup Questions

Setting Up Enterprise Accounts

  • Skip entering payment details during signup if you're joining an enterprise account

  • Your organization owner will set up company billing

  • Once billing is set up, seats will be allocated to your organization

  • Organization owners/admins can then assign seats to team member.


Adding New Users

  • Organization owners/admins can assign enterprise seats to new users

  • New users should not sign up for individual accounts or free trials

  • Team members will receive invites to join the organization

  • Admins can assign seats and set permissions for new members.


Switching Users to Enterprise

  • Existing users can be moved to enterprise seats

  • Contact us if you need to transition from individual to enterprise accounts

  • Organization owners can manage seat allocation for the team.
