How to enable and disable Waggle AI

This article contains steps on how to enable and disable the Waggle bot, i.e. the Waggle AI meeting insights.

Sync your Google calendar

Please note that the Waggle bot, i.e. Waggle meeting insights can only join meetings that are in your Waggle calendar.

How to enable Waggle AI for all meetings

  1. Navigate to your profile and select "Settings".

2. Toggle the Waggle AI meeting insights switch to turn on Waggle AI.

3. The switch will change from grey to bright purple.

4. Click "Save Profile" to apply the changes.

5. Waggle AI will be invited to join all your meetings automatically.

6. Do remember to Admit Waggle AI when your meeting starts.

How to enable Waggle AI for all meetings if you have previously disabled Waggle AI

  1. Follow the prompt “AI insights for your meetings” under “Today’s Action items”.

2. Click on "Enable AI insights for my meetings”.

3. Confirm “OK” to affirm the action item.

4. Do remember to Admit Waggle AI when your meeting starts

How to disable Waggle AI for all meetings

  1. Go to your profile and click on "Settings".

2. Toggle the Waggle AI meeting insights switch to turn off Waggle AI.

3. The switch will change from bright purple to grey

4. Click "Save Profile" to update the changes

5. Waggle AI will no longer join all your meetings automatically

How to enable and disable Waggle AI for individual meetings

  1. For each meeting in Waggle, you can see the status of your invitation to Waggle AI

  2. The toggle is located on the top right hand corner of the event

  1. You can enable and disable Waggle AI for individual meetings by switching the toggle

  2. The invitation status cannot be changed once the meeting has started.
