How to add your team members to Waggle

This article gives instructions on how to invite your team member to Waggle and how to manage their roles and permissions

  1. Go to the Teams Icon on the Sidebar:

    • Click on the teams icon in the sidebar.

  2. To Invite a Team Member:

    • Click "Invite Teammates" in the top right corner.

    • Enter their email, role in your team, and their relationship to you.

    • Click "Invite."

    • You'll see a confirmation message in the top right corner

  3. Invitation Process:

    • The invited member gets an invitation to join your team on Waggle.

  4. Check Invitation Status:

    • To check the invitation status, go to "Pending Invitations" to see the list of teammates you invited.

    • View who hasn't signed up yet.

  5. Make Changes or Resend:

    • You can change their role and/or resend the invitation.

  6. When They Join Waggle:

    • When your team member joins Waggle, they'll be listed under your team

    • If your team member's role title changes and you're still their Manager, they can update their title in their profile

7. Edit Roles and Permissions:

  • You can edit a team member's role and permission as needed, by clicking on the edit button next to their details
