Currently the Waggle app only supports a Google calendar and additional calendar integration is in our roadmap.
Linking your Google calendar is Step 4 in your Onboarding process at Waggle AI.
In case you skipped this step during your Onboarding, you'll see a prompt on your Waggle dashboard at all times to Connect your Google calendar.
Click on "Connect your Google calendar" and follow the steps displayed on the screen to link the calendar.
As soon as the calendar has been connected, you will no longer be shown the prompt to Connect your Google calendar.
With the Google calendar and Waggle calendar in sync, all meetings you create from your Waggle account are synchronized to your Google calendar.
All meetings created from your Google calendar will also be synchronized to your Waggle calendar.
If you're creating the meeting from your Waggle calendar, it will choose the default conferencing service in your Google calendar.
Your default video conference service in your Google calendar could be either Google Meet or Zoom.
For meetings invitations created directly from your Zoom account, please ensure that the Zoom meeting has been added to the Google calendar which is in sync with your Waggle account.
The Waggle bot (when enabled) will only be able to join meetings that are in the Google calendar synced to your Waggle account.
