Why aren’t some of my meetings showing up in my Waggle AI calendar?

This article explains how to fix synchronization issues when meetings from Google or Outlook calendar don't appear in your Waggle calendar

Sometimes your Waggle calendar may not display all meetings that exist in your connected Google or Outlook calendar due to synchronization issues.

Prerequisites

Before attempting to resolve synchronization issues, verify:

  • Your workspace calendar has been linked to Waggle AI. Your dashboard will indicates that calendar linking is required otherwise.

    You've granted all necessary permissions to Waggle for calendar access

If your calendar isn't properly connected, refer to our guide on connecting your calendar with Waggle AI.

Step 1: Refresh your calendar synchronization

  1. Look for the synchronize icon (🔄) located in the top left area of your calendar interface, next to "Your Upcoming calendar events"

  2. Click on the synchronize button

  3. Confirm by clicking "Yes synchronize" in the dialog box

  4. Wait a few moments for your Waggle calendar to refresh and update all your meetings

Step 2: Contact support if issues persist

If meetings are still missing after attempting synchronization:

  • Contact Waggle support with details about which meetings are missing

  • Include information about your calendar type (Google or Outlook).
