🕸️Meeting Effectiveness Metrics

The dashboard features a spider web providing a visual representation of meeting effectiveness across multiple dimensions. The overall meeting effectiveness score (e.g., 70 - Functional) indicates how well company meetings perform. This score is based on the following key components:

  • Objectives – Measures whether meetings stay focused and achieve clear outcomes

  • Decisions – Evaluates the quality and efficiency of decision-making processes

  • Idea/Question Balance – Assesses the ratio of idea generation vs. questioning to ensure productive discussions

  • Clarity/Strength – Measures how well ideas and information are communicated

  • Question Quality – Evaluates the depth and relevance of questions asked

  • Psychological Safety – Indicates whether participants feel comfortable speaking up and sharing ideas

  • Fair Speaking Time – Assesses whether speaking time is equitably distributed

  • Depth of Thinking – Determines whether discussions go beyond surface-level topics

  • Time Efficiency – Evaluates meeting time utilization and schedule adherence

Each component is scored on a scale and visualized in the spider web, where larger areas indicate stronger performance. The overall effectiveness score is categorized (e.g., "Functional") to provide a quick understanding of meeting quality.
