  1. The Waggle bot captures audio as well as video data to help generate meeting transcripts

  2. Individual video streams are not stored. We store a single video stream and they are not individually identifiable. The videos are also not directly accessible.

  3. In the instance of issues with transcripts and the need to re-run the sound exports, and regenerate the summary & skills information, our stored video stream will be utilized.

  4. We use Recall AI to pull the video and this not shared with anyone outside of Waggle. A transcript is generated automatically during the call. Recall AI deletes the data from its own servers after Waggle collects the required information.

  5. We're currently working on a functionality that will allow users accessibility to the video stream in case they want to rewatch or share some portions of the meeting internally.
