Waggle AI is a bot that attends meetings that your Manager runs and admits into. It is part of Waggle’s leadership development platform. Waggle AI provides real-time support and insights to managers, helping them improve their leadership skills and meeting effectiveness.

If you are a team member or participant invited by your Manager to join such a meeting, you will only have access to public meeting notes that have been added by your Manager, other meeting participants or by you.

Waggle AI gives feedback to managers on how to improve their own leadership skills, and only shares those insights with them.

When Waggle AI has been admitted to the meeting, all participants will see this message:

"Hi Everyone! I'm your UseWaggle.ai meeting bot, here to take notes, summarize, organize tasks, and share insights from this discussion. Let's have a great meeting! If you need to pause the recording or view more details, please head to meeting's page."

When admitted into meetings, Waggle’s AI bot listens to the meeting and processes information to support the manager's own development. It focuses on offering context-based suggestions to the manager on how to improve meeting outcomes and their leadership approach.

Waggle benefits the team because it is helping your manager improve their leadership and meeting facilitation skills. It provides the manager with actionable insights and feedback on their performance, allowing them to enhance meeting effectiveness and productivity.

It does not track or evaluate individual team members, but rather to support the manager's growth and, by extension, improve the overall team experience.

Waggle’s AI bot tracks the behaviours and skills of the Manager only. It does not track a team member's skills and does not evaluate a team member during a meeting. It is not used for performance monitoring of team members.
