Why aren’t all my meetings on the Waggle calendar?
Sometimes, your Waggle calendar may miss some meetings that are on your Google or Outlook calendar. This can happen if there’s an issue with the synchronization.
How do I fix this?
Step 1: Try synchronizing your calendar
If you notice missing meetings, you can synchronize your calendar data by clicking on the synchronize button. The synchronize icon is available at all times on the calendar interface, regardless of the date displayed.
To complete the synchronize request, click Yes synchronize as shown below. This will refresh your Waggle calendar and update all your meetings.
Step 2: Manually add the bot to missing meetings
If syncing doesn’t solve the issue and you want the Waggle AI bot to join specific meetings:
Click + Add Meeting on your Waggle dashboard
Select Add bot to existing meeting from the dropdown menu.
Fill in the meeting details, including the name, date, time, and video link.
Click OK, and the meeting will appear on your Waggle calendar with the bot ready to join.
Step 3: Bot will automatically join when the meeting starts
Once the meeting is added, the bot will automatically join and assist during that session.
