The recording, transcript, and meeting summary are not automatically shared with all meeting attendees. Instead, they are stored in the Waggle AI event page within the calendar.
Here’s how access works:
Who can view the recording?
Only invited attendees who have access to Waggle AI as part of their team or organization can view the recording. Simply being a meeting attendee does not grant access.
Who can see the meeting summary?
The summary is private unless it has been shared and added to the public notes section. If it hasn’t been shared, non-Waggle users- even if they attended the meeting- cannot view it.
What about skills feedback?
Your personal skills insights are private to you and are never shared with others. If other attendees are Waggle AI users, they will only see insights related to their own skills and participation.
What about meeting effectiveness scores?
These metrics are only visible to attendees who are also Waggle AI users. Non-Waggle attendees cannot access this information.
Additionally, for any of this to apply, Waggle AI must have been admitted to the meeting and allowed to record and generate insights.
